I typically don't do reviews for agencies but we booked our President's cruise at Halong Bay (close to Xmas 2019) through Inside Travel with Ms. Sophie and the experience was just above and beyond. In all our emails with Sophie, there was never more than a half day in response time. Her attentiveness and attention to details was very assuring and prices very competitive. Even on arrival in Vietnam, she would use WhatsApp to communicate and since we did not have, she stayed in email communication constantly the day of departure for Halong Bay to make sure we got on our cruise and even afterwards to ensure we had a great time. I would definitely contact Sophie for any Vietnam travel needs in the future.
