I would just like to say a huge thank you to Jessie and Inside Travel for their understanding in these very difficult times. We were due to visit Vietnnam in March 2020 and had booked onto a Halong bay cruise during our vacation, but had to start to cancel everything when COVID-19 errupted across the world. Without hessitation they agreed to a full refund, which I have received today in my bank account. All I can say is fantastic process, brilliant, kind and compassionate staff and a genuine, professional company.
