We did an Excellent cruise with Athena Luxury Cruises to HaLong Bay organised by Jessie. perfect service: pick up in hotel in Hanoi until private transport to our airport in Haiphong. When we had questions she was always available via WhatsApp and responded immediately. We did not expect that. Food and Service on boat were great as was our cabin with balcony. we choose Athena because they were supposed to do the less touristy route and we loved it. To get an impression of Halong Bay 2 day/ 1 night cruise might be sufficient, but we really enjoyed the extraordinary service and atmosphere on board. Also the good timed Programm and dinner time is organised very welll. Crew was exceptional! Special thanks also to the spa therapist: he knows his job! Also thanks to Tonic. He was lovely to us! The only thing that made me sad : the sea in the Halong harbour area is really full of debris. Plastic garbage swimming around - positive outlook- we were told that the government employs ships that clean especially the Halong Bay. Thank you Jessie for the good organisation !

We booked a ship tour through Ha Long Bay. The service (by Phuong Nguyen) was excellent! She helped us with everything around the tour and also with special requests. She always responded friendly and really quick with helpful information. The service continued even after the end of the tour. The VISA Approval Letter, organized by Phuong, worked perfectly. We were really surprised about the quality of the service - EXCELLENT! Thank you very much :-)
