Went on a trip to Hanoi and Ha Long Bay and I was incredible pleased with the service and customer experience. In Hanoi, our food tour guide Ms Thuan was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! At Ha Long Bay, luxurious shuttle buses got us to and fro the cruise locations. Every handover went smooth like clock work. Impressive.
