The trip was more than what we expected. We felt relaxed and pampered by the crew. We highly recommend Era Cruises and suggest you book 2 nights as 1 is just not enough

We booked a 2d1n cruise with Era Cruise from Jessie. They offered the best prices which included transport and a foodie tour. The experience was seamless thanks to Jessie, we were picked up at our hotel lobby on time, and at the end of the cruise, we were able to drop off at another hotel that we had booked. The foodie tour was especially enjoyable. She arranged for the guide, Ms. Thanh to pick us up from our hotel on a rather short notice. The food introduced was great and egg coffee was out of this world (Cafe Dinh). We learned a lot from Ms. Thanh and it was really nice having a local to bring us around. We would certainly recommend Jessie from Inside Travel if you're traveling to Hanoi. Her response on WhatsApp was very quick even after office hours, which speaks volumes of her work ethics and we really appreciated it. Thank you Jessie and Inside Travel.

Even though our bookings were last minute she suggested good options as per our choice and also provided good rates(better than goibibo or makemytrip). We booked the 3 days 2 night package and it was worth every penny. It was a wonderful experience.

Made reservation for 2D1N Halong Bay Cruise through Inside Travel. Response was quick and all the arrangements were done nicely. Very reliable travel agency. Cruise itself was very nice with a lot of good scenery and good food. Maybe due to the season but the cruise was not crowded which was actually good for us to have a quiet relaxing time.
