Mon Cheri Cruise

We booked a 2 days 1 night Cruise in Mon Cherri Cruise ship to Ha Long Bay and Cat Ba, with transfer from/to Hanoi and kayak included, food tour also included, but it was during the Tết holidays and almost all the restaurantes where closed so the food tour was not available. We were assisted by Jessie, who was very helpfull and always available to answer any doubts we had. We were picked up in our hotel at the set time in a very confortable limousine minivan. The cruise ship Mon Cherri is a nicely decorated ship with a modern look and the bedroom and the bathroom were in perfect condition and with nice size. The ship does not have a lot of rooms, so it does not take a lot of people, that means that all the activities are planned for a small group making it more enjoyable and less time is wasted. The staff were all very nice and always checking if we needed anything. Aside from the weather that was a bit rainy for a while, everything went great. Will recommend Mon Cherri Cruise and Inside Travel services if anyone want to visit Ha Long Bay.

We booked the cruise and private transport from Hanoi to meet the cruise ship. Jessie coordinated everything and was seamless. She recommended Mon Cheri 2 days one night cruise and it was excellent throughout. Lovely friendly staff on board and a great room. Jessie also arranged our transport from and to the airport when we arrived in Hanoi from the Uk; again excellent and stress free.

Our trip was changed into 2 days 1 night due to tropical storm. However, everything went smoothly and the service is still very good. Thank you very much for your arrangement

I loved being on Mon Cheri! The boat was new, rooms were beautiful and the balcony gave us fantastic views of Halong Bay! We were impressed starting from the pick up limousine, which had free wifi, was beautiful and had AC ( a must for Summer!) and made the 2hr ride pleasant. The waiting room was a little hot, as there was a lot of people. We were ferried over to the boat, where they greeted us with ginger tea. The staff was hospitable and fantastic! The lunch served was also fantastic. Dinner and breakfast were buffet style with decent choices, there could be improvements made there. I missed the afternoon cooking class and sunset party, which sounded fun! The kids did squid fishing after dinner, but was not successful catching any. We had 2 excursions; Dark Bright cave where you could kayak yourself, or have a bamboo boatman ferry you, excursion 2 to Trung Tra Cave. We went up to the upper deck to try to see the sunrise, but there were too many clouds. It was also too hot to do sunrise Tai Chi! It was a quick trip, and we were glad we picked an overnight cruise, instead of a day trip, and very happy with Mon Cheri!

I do not regret a second I chose INSIDE TRAVEL Asia when we booked a 3 day trip to Halong Bay. We forgot the departure date so we did not get off the first day but, our travel agent Jessie was incredibly helpful and service minded so she helped us get off the next day and got refunded some of the money.Thanks for all the help
