We did a wonderful 1 night cruise in Halong Bay with Orchid ships and Inside Travel took care of everything. Reservations, visas and transfer to and from Hanoi. We definitely recommend them!

Our travel partner for our tour was Jessie at Inside Travel. She was very accommodating and helped us put together a tour very easy to our needs and wants. She recommended us a lot of package options and was very at tentative to our WhatsApp chats as we are not in same region as her. She helped us as much as possible even letting us go off tour itinerary as we wanted to go do a hike recommended to us last minute. Jessie connected us to an excellent foodie tour guide Thuan in Hanoi after our Halong Bay Cruise. Thuan was very accommodating as many of the foods on her list we have tried so she helped us budget in a few switches on her list. She recommended and walked us around the Old Quarter and French Quarter to many spots and asked if wanted to try some off itinerary local spots. Thuan voluntarily took us to some pharmacies along the way helping us translate because we were in need of a few things to keep us healthy. Great company and willing to recommend 110%
