Pandaw cruise, hotels and flights booked in Myanmar with reasonable costs and very goid service. All queries answered quickly and nothing too much trouble. Would use this company again.

INSIDE TRAVEL handled all the arrangements for our Pandaw Great Irrawady Delta cruise. This review if of INSIDE TRAVEL, not the cruise, though we did enjoy it. First off, we saved 40% on an upper deck cabin.. Do not book with Pandaw directly they are way too costly. Dealing with INSIDE TRAVEL is as direct as if you were dealing with Pandaw itself. Ms. Rosie was a true professional. Her English was excellent and her response to my numerous emails was quick and thorough.Their payment system is easy and efficient. What else can you ask for? We would use INSIDE TRAVEL again when in need of a Southeast Asia travel agent.

You did a great job.When I approached INSIDE TRAVEL i was unaware that they were not Myanmar based as they had a very comprehensive web site on Myanmar. However, they were clearly very experienced at arranging trips and between us we put together an extensive trip that involved several internal flights, several boats, two river cruises and many local escorted tours. The whole trip worked like clockwork. All the transfers were in place at the correct time. Everyone spoke English and all guides were knowledgeable about the area. In fact many of the guides made additions to the planned trips as they were so keen to show us even more than we had asked for.INSIDE TRAVEL even managed to save us money as booking some of the events through them was even more cost effective than going direct. Lilly (my agent) was fully responsive throughout the planning process (which was about ten months in advance) and even kept in touch during the actual trip to check everything was going well.I can highly recommend INSIDE TRAVEL and if I tour any other lands in South East Asia I would not hesitate to contact them again for assistance. We absolutely loved our cruise on the teak wood Irrawaddy flotilla steamer, Pandaw Orient. The boat was like something out of an Agatha Christie novel, but updated for modern comforts. The excursions to villages along the river were well-thought-out, fun and interesting. Service aboard was very attentive. Food was good, cocktail hour each evening was fun. Service from INSIDE TRAVEL Asia was excellent and my contact, Ms. Hong Nham was always quick to reply and helpful. I would do business with them again and have highly recommended them to all and on my blog, Wanderwiles, where I've written much more and included photos and videos.
