Paradise Elegance Cruise

Among so many ship cruises to Halong Bay I was really in doubt which one to choose. Ms.Jessie, Inside Travel's Halong Bay Cruises Expert, since the first contact promptly got in touch with me by Whatsapp and sent me links of the sites. After some weeks of conversations, she sent me quotes for 3 kinds of ship and I opted for PARADISE ELEGANCE CRUISE (2days/1night). She is a great professional and did everything to meet my requests, so that I believe that without her organization everything wouldn't have turned out so perfect. The manager and the crew of Paradise Elegance cruise was very efficient and kind and did everything to make us feel welcome aboard, Our cabin was spacious and comfortable. High standard gastronomy. Dinner with western and oriental menu. As I've already been to two Pearl Farms, I didn't feel like taking this optional tour and I think that the ship shouln't charge for this sort of trip, since it's kind of going to a differente shop and most people who go to the pearl farm always buy some souvenirs. The landscape the cruise passes through is simply breathtaking, like a beautiful watercolor painting. If you ever go to Vietnam a visit to Halong Bay is a must!!

I’ve searched INSIDE because a friend referred it to me. From the beginning I was extremely well served by Jessie, who organized the trip so meticulously that there was nothing unseen in any of the three countries. All guides were extremely knowledgeable and kind. They sought to show us all their culture and traditions. Lunch restaurants were included which usually means you will eat poorly, but instead we ate the best local food ever at great restaurants with great views of the city. I had asked for business hotels to make the cost cheaper, but she managed to put us in excellent hotels without making it any more expensive. She also arranged our visa. Summing up, the work and organization were flawless. Super indication. Note 1000.

Fantastic experience with the booking, reliability of the company and support of the representatives of Inside Travel. I read on the internet that other companies were not reliable because the drivers never showed up on the tour day. Of course I was concerned but one representative of Inside Travel (Sophie) kept in touch with me via WhatsApp and updated me on every single detail. She responded to all questions VERY quickly. The driver arrived even earlier than scheduled and waited at the hotel lobby. Price is more than fair and the package offered for my Halong Bay tour was the best in terms of value than any other I saw online. They even provided a free lunch at Ngon Villa (restaurant in Hanoi). I was very skeptical about it but the lunch was great, no hidden fees, really great food quality and nice ambiance! Really nice!!! Thanks and glad to book again!
