Paradise Sails

I just came back from fantastic, wonderful, memorable 13 days trip to VN. I planned to start my vacation at Ha Noi and Halong Bay. During web searching, I found Sophie of Inside Travel. And that was it! Sophie took care everything of my trip planning. She promptly responses all of my questions via WhatsApp ( all with smiley Emoji face :). She checked with us over phone every single steps since the van- arranged by her- pick up us at Noi Bai airport, to make sure everything run smoothly, which we really appreciated. She booked for us a package which included Melia Hotel and 3 days 2 nights on Paradise Luxury Cruise with all private transportation. Drivers were nice, especially the Dcar driver from Ha Noi to Halong Bay. He gave us lots of information wherever we drove by. It was very interesting. We all love the time in Paradise Luxury too. All cruise members were so sweet. The went out of their way to make sure our stay are comfortable and wanted us to feel special and happy. Food was great! My 2 sons, first time to VN, and my family who live in HCM city and flew to HN to join me in HLB cruise, all had a blast. I personally missed people working on the cruise. All activities out of the boat were fun and informative too! Before and after the trip, we stayed in Melia hotel. Great location to walk to Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem River. Hotel is very nice with very good buffet breakfast. I am now sitting at home to write a review, to send many thanks to Sophie. Without your outstanding service, we wouldn't have this memorable trip! Thank you so much, Sophie! I already talked about you and Inside Travel to my friends, to anyone who have asked if I had a good trip. Yes, I did! And I know Sophie would take a good care of everyone who needs her service!

Sophie was amazing and initially I was only booking just the Cruise for 1 Nights/2Days. It was our first time using you. She helped me to book and buy train tickets as well as we were unable to do it from outside Vietnam. She saved me a time researching how I can get them by myself. When we return back to Hanoi after the cruise we met her, she was very lovely lady :-) Sophie's communication via WhatsApp all throughout was amazing and she replied very quick, it made me feel that she was doing everything right for us. I was looking for a Halong Bay cruise to book online and came across Inside Travel. I found that Inside Travel offered a few other things to the cruise package such as a foodie tour, kayaking, and managing the Visa on Arrival to Vietnam, all inclusive in the package! This made it an easier decision for me to book through Inside Travel as they had the cruise boat/company I wanted and had the additional add-ons I was already looking to add or purchase separately. On top of that, I had many questions about the booking, and Ms Jessie at Inside Travel was responsive and answered every question I had. Ms Jessie also personally met me after the tour to follow up and make sure we had a good time and to provide any feedback about the tour. Ms Jessie represented Inside Travel well and overall, I would recommend this company to book your Halong Bay tour (and I'm sure other tours are great too)!

Sophie was meticulous and assisted on the bookings which went smoothly. She took extra effort to come to our hotel to present us with a surprise gift which was lovely ! Highly recommended.
