Ms. Sophie went above and beyond during our recent trip to Halong Bay. She answered our many questions during the booking process and was always available by iMessage/WhatsApp during our stay in Vietnam. We met travellers who had their trip to Halong Bay cancelled at the last minute and others at our hotel whose drivers arrived almost 2 hours late for pickup from Hanoi. Through Ms. Sophie, we were able to know exactly where our driver was on route to pick us up. She also arranged a driver back from Hanoi to the airport for us after the cruise. With so many tourists visiting Halong Bay every day, it was a real help to have her as a guide. We would have been lost without her!

The trip was superb and perfect for a couple. It was our anniversary and they decorated the bed with rose petals. They gave a complimentary cake as well. The food was delicious and the rooms were very good. I couldn’t have asked more for a anniversary trip :)
