Celuk Village of gold and silver works

Celuk Village is one of many famous Balinese traditional villages in the Gianyar Regency where you can find incredible gold and silver handicrafts for very low prices. Becoming popular since 1976 when almost all of the villagers followed this industry, Celuk craftsmen are known for their artistic skills in creating intricate designs and varying patterns. As you enter the neighborhood, you will see the lines of galleries and workshops showcasing their finest works. Most of them are jewelry such as necklaces, earrings, bracelets, broaches and many other Balinese ceremonial accessories and adornments. You can witness the production processes up close, purchase an item directly from the art shops or ask for a custom made one.
