Cruise to Rinca Island and Kalong Island to observe the exotic wildlife
Part of the UNESCO-recognized Komodo National Park, Rinca Island is among a few places where you can see the famous Komodo dragons in their pure environment. Cruise to the island, you can enjoy trekking to the hilltop for heaven-like sights, visit the Komodo’s nest, or soak up the sun on a yellowish-white sand beach around the island. Meanwhile, Kalong Island, locally called Pulau Koaba or Fruit Bat Island, is a small unpopulated island dominated by dense mangrove forest, home to the giant fruit bats, nicknamed "Flying Foxes". At dusk, you’ll see the sight of thousands of bats flying out from their nests to find fruits at nearby islands. It’s absolutely one of the most stunning natural displays in the park.
