What do we do with our luggage in Sapa while trekking? Is it better for us to leave our suitcase (carry on with wheels in Hanoi) and just take an overnight bag?

For the rural tour in Hoi An, I see that biking is included. I’m not very comfortable riding a bike—will we have to ride very far?

In the event that a flight or a tour is delayed or cancelled, I imagine you will notify us and take care of rescheduling if need be, transportation (flights, drivers…)? Does your office provide this sort of service throughout the whole tour have organized for us?

While on a private tour, will it be an issue for the guides/drivers should we need to return to the hotel prematurely? I can’t imagine this happening but we still need to ask the question.
