We traveled with Asia Tours Travel for 14 days to Vietnam, Singapore and Thailand in September 2024. The exchanges were very effective in defining the itinerary; our trip was truly tailor-made. I just wanted to say a BIG Thank You to you and your company for organising such a wonderful trip experience to South East Asia. As you know we had 8 days in Singapore, 3 at Raffles Hotel & 5 at The Fairmont Hotel. Singapore is such a lovely clean friendly place but probably the most expensive city in the world. We really enjoyed our time there. Next we hooked up with Ms Sal the guide you arranged for us to go to Sentosa Island. Such a lovely person. The driver was fantastic as well, I would recommend them to anyone. Next stop, Bangkok. Lovely in every respect. The Eastin Grand hotel was a real find, fantastic stay from start to finish... Our guide Ning and the driver were really good and very helpful in all respects. Next of to Chiang Mai. Met by Guide Dare and Mr Air the driver. Overall we gad a really nice time in Thailand and would go back. Again, as with the others, I would use this guide & driver again. Preferred the North of Thailand around Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai to Bangkok. The food in all countries was lovely and we are glad to have tried so many different things. Working with Ms. Nhi was a pleasure. I highly recommend her. We visited Singapore, Phuket, Bangkok and Chiang Mai. Singapore was wonderful. Highly recommend botanical garden. Phuket was good but our experience was limited due to rain. The Katathani Beach resort was nice but is also under construction. Phan Nga Bay boat tour was great, even though it was pouring rain. Still fun... Overall, we saw too many temples during our trip. Would have liked to have seen Chinatown in Bangkok. The Eastin Grand Hotel in Bangkok was great! The Doi Suthep Temple was great. I have two week trip to Thailand and we really had an absolute great time. Thank you so much to Asia Tours who answered my questions. I learned a lot during my trip. We had an excellent time all around. Traveling with my kids was a problem at first but it was made simple by customize schedule. We have dedicated guides, drivers, and they will adapt every requests from our family and try to make it the best. Our favorite experiences were seeing the elephants and the phi phi island excursion. Hi Nhi! Yes, we are back home and sleeping a lot today due to jet lag. Our vacation was wonderful and I really appreciate everything you did to arrange it! The accommodations were all very nice (particularly in Phuket and Bali). We just want to tell you how much we enjoyed the service provided by Casey and our driver Kevin! Kevin was always prompt to meet us whenever we needed him. And Casey went above and beyond to show us many different sites in Singapore. We asked him to take us to Raffles Hotel at the end of our tour and he not only escorted us into the Long Bar and took our photos, he also walked us back to our hotel making sure that we would have enough time to see the Marina Bay water and light show at 7:30 last night. It’s very convenient to use Grab when travelling to Singapore. You it’s recommended that you get the GRAB app and register (You also can know the price in advance when using Grab). Otherwise, the receptionist at hotels can help you to get a taxi.
If you want to explore Jewel Changi Airport, we recommend you to go to the airport 5-6 hours before your flight. Changi Airport has 4 different terminals and Jewel Changi in the centre which has a shopping mall and a waterfall in the center of the mall. If your flight depart from terminal 1, 2 or 3, it is connected to Jewel by Monorail within 3-5 minutes. While terminal 4 is connected by shuttle bus service 10-15 minutes. There is an early check in counter in Jewel, and you can store your luggage at this counter with the fees about SGD 10 for small bag, SGD 15 for big bag and SGD 18 for extra big luggage. Jewel Changi Airport is open to visitors 24x7. However, specific ticketed Jewel Changi attractions are open from 10 AM to 10 PM every day and extend till 11 PM during weekends. To join the activities on the first day, your flight must arrive in Singapore in the morning. If you arrive late, we can remove this part of the tour & the tour price will be changed.
The best time to visit Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand is during the dry season, (from October to April) when the weather is not too hot & it doesn't rain too much. However, please note that this time is the high season for you may experience crowds during the trip. Travelling in the low season will give you a better price with less touristy experience.
