First, let me say that I usually never use travel agencies. I prefer to organize things myself. But on this trip we were bringing all our adult children and the logistics just seemed like a lot. So, I decided to employ Asia Tours to organize the trip. And I am so thankful I did. Mia was wonderful. She helped me put together a trip that was tailored exactly to what we were looking for in this vacation. We went to four different locations over 2 weeks. At each location we were met by a local tour guide and private car (always on time). Our local guides were all wonderful. Duke (Hanoi), Thanh (she goes by 'Yummy' - Hoi Ann) and Pattama (Bangkok) all did a great job of showing us around and making sure everything ran smoothly. They were all knowledgeable, fun and were an amazing resource for each area we visited. Our accommodations were excellent and all our excursions were exactly as we expected. Truly, the nicest thing was that when any small issues came up - we were immediately assisted by our local guides and Mia. I even left my IPad at one of our previous stops and they were able to arrange for me to get it back! It was truly a wonderful experience and I am so glad we used Asia Tours to organize the trip. It made it all so much more relaxing and stress free. Throughout the trip I always knew they would help us through any issues and make sure we had a wonderful time. Which we did! Her promptly replied to my every inquiry during the six months of planning, and even responded to my late night calls once we were on tour. The trip was truly wonderful. We wouldn't hesitate to use your company again for travel in Asia and have recommended you to friends already. Our cooking lesson in Chiang Mai was amazing. We spent our time with our lovely chef. The sanctuary in Chiang Mai was also amazing! We loved the Vespa tour in Saigon. Crazy, but lots of fun! My mom and I have arrived back in California, and can't stop talking about what a wonderful time we had touring Asia together. We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Ms Lacey and the team at Asia Tours for making it such a special experience. We felt safe and well cared for in every location, and got to experience so many new things. When my mom got sick, Mr. Nom in Cambodia took such good care of both of us.
