No worries for the Vespa tour, each person will have our own rider who is experienced and always be careful during the trip.
Yes, you can hike at our own pace, our guide can assist whenever you need. It takes us around 2-3 hours to reach the peak.
You can bring your luggage to Sapa & drop it off at your hotel in Sapa as you only do the day tour then overnight at hotel in Sapa town. Otherwise, you can drop off some luggage at hotel in Hanoi & get it when you come back.
You can do the walking tour to explore Hoi An, or I can arrange the electric car for you so you don’t have to bike.
Regarding the price, it will not be different between November and December since its peak season in Vientam. The weather in these 2 months is also good, a litlle bit cold, and ideally good of acitivities
There is sharing 4-berth cabin in the overnight train from Hanoi to Lao Cai station and vice versa. With group of 2 adults, we can arrange private cabin with surcharge.
About the hiking tour in Sapa: Normally this tour requires hiking from the town to the villages. However, to reducing the hiking time, we can arrange car transfer from Sapa Town to the villages then you will only walking around the villages (it’s light hiking). And I think your mom also can does this activity. Our tour guide and driver will assist you with this problem during the tour.
